This notice explains how Tavern & Board LLC describes and intends to handle AI-assisted features, including Old Ash.

Website Old Ash

The website version of Old Ash is intended as a public-facing guide for lore, navigation, project information, and general Tavern & Board questions. It should not access private desktop campaign files unless a future feature clearly explains and requests that access.

Desktop Old Ash

The desktop version of Old Ash is intended for private live-campaign support. It may process campaign notes, characters, session history, worldbuilding, game master notes, and related materials so it can help with continuity, summaries, reminders, and session support.

AI Output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, fictional, or inconsistent. Game masters and users are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it in a campaign, publication, event, or business decision.

Private Campaign Material

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party material unless you have the right to use it and are comfortable with it being processed for the requested feature. Future versions may include additional settings for local files, storage, synchronization, or deletion.
